    5. The Newlix OfficeServer was originally based on Slackware Linux 3.4 and is currently using kernel 2.0.38. It has been highly modified since then.

    6. We are distributing the software for free. All third party source code is included on the CD or is available on Internet sites. We are currently evaluating the possibility of releasing the Newlix OfficeServer source code as Open Source.
