If you are unable to find what you are looking for from the online support resources, you may request paid support in one of the following ways (amounts are in US$):

NOTE: You will not be charged if your issue relates to a software bug found in the Newlix OfficeServer product which has no known workaround.

  • Service contract $50/month paid bi-annualy:
    • Limited time bonus: Includes 4 e-mail incidences per month (worth $60).
    • Limited time bonus: Includes 1 regular support hour per month (worth $60).
    • Includes server and LAN monitoring to detect potential problems such as hard disk full, invalid date or hacker intrusion.
    • Includes off-site storage of server configuration for easy restore upon hardware upgrade, hardware failure or catastrophic power failure.
    • Includes priority response to service requests.
  • E-mail incidence $15:
    • Anytime.
    • Maximum of 4 responses per incidence.
    • Guaranteed response time of 5 business days.
  • Regular $60/hr:
    • Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm Eastern time.
    • Minimum charge 1 hour, then charged by increments of 15 minutes.
    • Guaranteed response time of 1 business day.
  • Evening $125/hr
    • Mon-Fri, 5pm-10pm Eastern time.
    • Minimum charge 1 hour, then charged by increments of 15 minutes.
    • Guaranteed response time of 1 business day.
  • 24x7 $250/hr
    • Anytime
    • Minimum charge 1 hour, then charged by increments of 15 minutes.
    • Guaranteed response time of 4 hours.
